The National Housing Cooperative Society in collaboration with Safeway Estates Limited is offering salaried workers an opportunity to own their own houses on a supplier credit term of 5 to 15 years with an annual interest of 5%.
Clients are required to pay 15% of the total cost of the building project while we fund the remaining 85% via HTC Agro ApS of Denmark.
